New Life Movement’s Solar Power & Sales is one of the first programs to be launch in our Stem Lab. Solar Power and Sales provides at-risk youth ages 13-18 to learn the basic concepts of the Solar Power Industry.
Students in the program are trained in customer relationship management, sales techniques and presentation skills. They will also get a chance to observe and visit an in-progress solar installation. Upon successful completion of the program, students will be able to demonstrate increased confidence when speaking to others, show an understanding of appropriate dress in a business setting, employ key elements of basic business communication, discuss key components of personal and professional self-branding, and discuss key components of customer service skills. Program sessions will be held at New Life Movement Resource Center every Tuesday from August 23rd, 2022 - October 25th, 2022 (10-week Program). All materials will be provided.
